Jalebi step by step
- Take a medium size bowl and mix all purpose flour, corn flour and yogurt..
- Now add vinegar and water.Mix well in circular motion for at least 5 minutes..
- Now add baking soda and give it a gentle mix.Make sure batter is lump free..
- Heat oil in a pan and add 1tbsp of ghee..
- Pour this mixture to a piping bag/ muslin cloth / tomato ketchup bottle..
- Squeeze the piping bag and make round spirals with the batter into the pan..
- Fry till jalebis are light golden..
- Drop these fried jalebis in the warm sugar syrup for 30 secs..
