Ingredients of Healthy fudge
- You need 1 1/2 of Avocado.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Coconut oil.
- It's 340 grams of Dark chocolate.
Healthy fudge instructions
- Finely mash or puree the avocado (I mash because I like little bits of avocado).
- Add all ingredients to double boiler.
- Mix occasionally until chocolate and coconut oil and melted and ingredients are fully combined.
- Pour in to 20x20cm baking dish, lined with cling wrap. Set in fridge overnight.
