- You need 16 oz of Shell macaroni.
- It's 8 oz of cream cheese.
- Prepare 8 oz of mild cheddar cheese.
- It's 8 oz of sharp cheddar cheese.
- Prepare 4 oz of white cheddar cheese.
- It's 8 oz of Colby jack cheese.
- It's 6 slices of velveta cheese.
- It's 3 cups of buttermilk.
- Prepare 3 tbs of sour cream.

Mac & Cheese instructions
- Set oven to low broil & start boiling salt water for the noodles..
- Start with a large sized sauce pan and add the buttermilk together with the cream cheese & sour cream until they are thoroughly mixed & melted over med/low heat. (Approx 10-20 mins).
- After the mixture has thickened up a bit start to add the cheese slowly, leaving the 8oz of Colby Jack cheese for the topping..
- Add the seasonings.
- Sprinkle the leftover Colby Jack cheese on the macaroni and broil for 15 minutes or until the the cheese starts bubbling..
