- It's 1 lb of Thick bacon (any bacon will work).
- You need 1 1/2 lb of Ground beef or turkey.
- You need 2 cup of whole leaf spinach, cooked.
- Prepare 4 clove of garlic, sliced.
- Prepare 2 of Shallot, sliced thin.
- It's 8 oz of cream cheese (or favorite cheese blend).
- Prepare 1 of salt & pepper to taste.
- Prepare 1 cup of barbecue sauce (I use Organic Sriracha & Roasted Garlic BBQ Sauce).
