Cheesy Garlic Minis.
You can have Cheesy Garlic Minis using 4 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you achieve that.
Ingredients of Cheesy Garlic Minis
- It's 1 loaf of Baguette Bread (we bought the kind already sliced, and in a plastic bag on clearance).
- You need 1 of Shredded Mexican Cheese blend (or fresh Parmesan cheese).
- You need 1 of Olive Oil.
- Prepare 1 of Cheesy Garlic Spread (it's actually a dry seasoning).
Cheesy Garlic Minis instructions
- Place sliced baguette pieces on a cookie sheet, a few inches apart, depending on the size of the pieces you should be able to get about 19 pieces on one sheet. Preheat oven to 350..
- Drizzle the olive oil over each piece evenly, it's okay to get oil on the pan (in fact it's kind of necessary to crisp the bottom.).
- With the olive oil that got on the pan, gently dip the pieces into it, rubbing around slightly to ensure it gets all over the bottom..
- Spread the cheesy garlic seasoning over the tops of the oiled bread, evenly with as much or as little as you like..
- Now, sprinkle the tops with as much cheese as you'd like (any cheese will work for this really, so long as it melts.) I usually cover the whole top in a mini mountain of it. Place in the oven, for 5 minutes (maybe a little more depending on how crispy you like it.).
