Doner sauce. I came up with these quick sauces to top off Donar Kebabs (gyros), similar to what you get in Europe. There's a white sauce similar to an aioli and a red chili sauce similar to harissa, but these use shortcuts to cut down on prep time since you're also cooking up the donar kebabs. The doner is a Turkish creation of meat, often lamb, but not necessarily so, that is seasoned, stacked in a cone shape, and cooked slowly on a vertical rotisserie.
I made 'Donair' from AR and used this sauce to top the meat/veggie/pita combination. The sauce was made in the morning and it was a nice thickness in the evening at dinner. Liking the taste of the sauce I'm going to use the leftovers as a coleslaw dressing. You can cook Doner sauce using 9 ingredients and 1 steps. Here is how you cook it.

Although Germany may be more commonly associated with sausages of all kinds, the number one street food that is found everywhere would be the döner kebap sandwich. It may long be an international food, but it was allegedly invented in Berlin. The doner's rise to popularity is an encouraging sign for a nation where immigration is still a debated topic.
