It is made of shrimp, either peeled or unpeeled, stir-fried in hot and spicy sambal paste in small amount of cooking oil. Ingredients of Spicy Shrimp / Sambal Udang
- It's 3 small of onion.
- You need 4 large of shrimp.
- You need 2 tbsp of spicy sauce ( sambal sauce ) or any sambal oelek.
- You need 2 tbsp of light soy sauce.
- It's 1 tbsp of sugar.
- It's 1/2 tbsp of lime juice.

- In pan with oil saute onion then add shrimp till its pink then add in spicy sauce / sambal sauce or any sambal oelek.
