- Prepare 2 1/2 tbsp of chickpea flour.
- It's 4 tsp of unsalted butter or ghee.
- You need 2 tbsp of sugar or jaggery.

- You need Pinch of cardamom powder.

- Saute chickpea flour alone in a pan on low flame for 7-10 minutes, until nice aroma comes..
- Prepare sugar mixture separately by adding sugar/jaggery and water together. Mix until sugar/jaggery dissolve in water completely. I have used jaggery as shown in the picture, but you could also use sugar of your choice..
- Put unsalted butter/ghee in a pan, add roasted chickpea flour to it and whisk it for 5-7 minutes on medium heat..
- Pour the sugar mixture and cardamom powder, once butter and flour mixed well without lumps and turning brown. Whisk until everything holds together..
- Serve warm..
